GF / Labs

Research / prototypes / controlled previews

Things we’re trying to prove.

Labs gives unfinished ideas an honest place to exist. Some will deepen into products. Some will stay useful experiments. Some will be killed.

01 / Experiment ledger

Current signals.

Status describes public maturity, not ambition. No item below is presented as generally available unless its dedicated product material says so.

LAB / 01

Demon Core

Research into high-intensity, authorized adversarial testing for consequential AI systems, including failure propagation, containment, evidence, and remediation replay. Possession lives inside this program as a persistent-influence campaign model.

LAB / 02

Recall

Exploration of how known contaminated knowledge may influence retrieval, decisions, actions, and artifacts—and how candidate repairs can be compared in bounded replay before any human-authorized recovery.

LAB / 03

Breach Escape

A playable cyber-incident simulation centered on operational judgment, constrained decisions, visible consequences, and after-action learning.

Playable prototype
LAB / 04

Livery Forge

Active research into UV-aware vehicle-livery production workflows intended to make precision placement and repeatable asset output less fragile.

02 / Lab policy

No graduation by marketing.

  1. 01 / Name the unknown. A lab begins with a concrete technical question, not a category trend.
  2. 02 / Build the smallest honest test. The point is to expose the difficult assumption early.
  3. 03 / Preserve the boundary. Prototype, research, validated behavior, and planned capability stay visibly separate.
  4. 04 / Let weak ideas die. A discontinued experiment is a useful result when it prevents years of theater.
  5. 05 / Go deep when the signal survives. Only durable ideas earn the time required to become systems.

A relevant problem?

Give the experiment something real to collide with.

GhostFrame considers bounded technical collaborations where the problem is unusual, the scope can be controlled, and both sides are precise about what has and has not been proven.
